We will work with your staff to establish exhibit rates, hours, booth traffic incentives, and official policies pertaining to exhibiting. We will inspect exhibit site and review all relevant contracts. We will supervise activities of the decorator including: distribution of service kits to exhibitors, drayage, signage, shipping, exhibit hall installation and dismantlement.
Depending on your needs we can register all exhibit booths and/or table displays and provide total Exhibit Management by monitoring reservation and money received, assign booth space, send confirmations and balance due statements, provide monthly and final accounting, and provide on-site exhibit booth staff report.
